Founded in 2016, Sullivan Architectural was established by Kirsty Sullivan with the aim of providing a personal, practical, and straightforward architectural service.
With over 20 years of experience working within architectural practices across South Wales, Kirsty brings a strong understanding of both design and planning, along with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to every project.
As the business is solely run by Kirsty, clients deal directly with her from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuinely personal service throughout.
Based just outside of Monmouth, Sullivan Architectural works with clients across Monmouthshire, Newport, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and the Forest of Dean, offering architectural support for both residential and rural projects.
Kirsty particularly enjoys the planning side of architecture and has built a strong track record in advising clients through the planning process to help achieve successful outcomes.
She takes great satisfaction in bringing drawings to life and helping clients make the most of their homes, whether that’s creating more space, improving how a property works, or adding long-term value.
She specialises in home renovations, extensions, new build houses, barn conversions, agricultural buildings, and equestrian facilities, with extensive experience across both residential and rural projects.
At Sullivan Architectural, the focus is on delivering good design that feels practical as well as inspiring. Kirsty’s aim is always to make the process as smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable as possible from the first conversation through to completion.
