Construction drawings

Most new building works require construction drawings to enable them to be costed and programmed. These can be issued once the final design solution has been chosen and can be produced on a variety of digital formats such as AutoCAD.

Measured building surveys

Even though some new uses for a building do not require approval, they nearly always require an accurate, digitised survey for tradespeople to measure off to cost their work for a client. We have extensive experience of undertaking such surveys and reproducing them in various digital formats such as AutoCAD.

Small commercial developments

Any new building project that is to be constructed in the UK will need a Building Regulation Consent before it can be built and occupied. These Regulations cover standards of construction, insulation, energy efficiency, structural capacity, daylighting and foundation design. We work closely with specialist sub-consultants to ensure that these standards are met satisfactorily.
